August Workshop: Understanding Our Triggers
Our next Chapter Development Workshop will focus on one of the biggest challenges in communication:
What happens before someone even opens their mouth?
Before someone says a single word, what do they trigger in us? Do we immediately roll our eyes and think, "Oh no...here comes another one of those?"
Together we'll explore recognizing our own reactions before, during, and after a conversation.

Why did that comment affect me so strongly?
The more aware we become of our own triggers, the better equipped we are to build welcoming chapters, support volunteers, and navigate difficult conversations with confidence, empathy, and respect.
