Together in This Moment: A Global Black Caucus Gathering

 

In a time when many in our community are carrying uncertainty, exhaustion, or emotional weight, Together in This Moment offers a space to pause and reconnect. Hosted by the Global Black Caucus, this online gathering is designed as a gentle, supportive environment where Black Americans abroad can come together, breathe, and be in community.

This 90‑minute session is not a political debate or analytical discussion. Instead, it is a Safe Space for reflection, emotional grounding, and shared presence. Participants are invited to speak from personal experience, listen deeply, and honor the confidentiality and dignity of everyone in the room. Whether you feel ready to share or simply want to sit in community, your presence is welcome.

Guided dialogue, small‑group conversations, and a grounding chair‑yoga meditation will help us move through the moment together with care and intention. Co‑facilitators from the Global Black Caucus will be present throughout to help hold the space with steadiness and compassion.

This gathering is an invitation to show up exactly as you are. No preparation, no expectations—just community, connection, and a moment to breathe.
