Tax season will soon be upon us, and Democrats Abroad Hamilton-Burlington in conjunction with Durward Jones Barkwell & Company LLP (DJB) is offering an in-person informational  tax seminar for Americans living in Canada.

This seminar will focus on tax basics, information for non filers and includes a Question and Answer period.

• Basic US Income tax filing requirements for US citizens living abroad.
• Rumored tax changes by the Trump administration.
• Passive Foreign Investment Company (PFIC).
• Controlled Foreign Company (CFC)/PFIC
• Estate planning.
