DAB Stronger Together: An Evening at Confessions

Join us for an informal evening of connection and conversation at Confessions — a warm, intimate bar tucked away in Ixelles. As Americans abroad, simply coming together helps strengthen our community and lay the foundation for greater civic engagement. No speeches, no agenda — just a chance to meet new people, share stories, and enjoy good company.

Easily accessible via tram by either the Trinité and Baili stops. Confessions doesn't have any signage and you need to find the address and ring a bell to be let in. We have a limit of 23 people for this one, but if there's enough interest we'll look into doing it again.

We encourage everyone to bring friends, especially Americans who might not have heard about Democrats Abroad yet. Building trust and connection among Americans abroad is essential to the mission of Democrats Abroad — because when we know each other, we show up for each other.
