I have lived in Tijuana since March 2020, having moved here from San Diego with my partner.  The mission of Democrats Abroad means a lot to me, as I believe deeply in U.S. democracy, and voting is a powerful way for voices to be heard.

In addition to wanting to save democracy, I am involved in coaching leadership in the nonprofit field.  I also support animal rescue by adopting and fostering dogs (and now cats) who need a safe landing place.

Before retiring in 2025, I was a nonprofit leader in San Diego, where I served the community through my work.
