Virtual Movie Night: "Paris is Burning" Screening and Discussion

Following the success of our last online viewing and debate, we are pleased to announce our next event:

Film: Paris Is Burning
When: Tuesday, June 23rd
Time: Screening at 7 PM, followed by discussion at 8:30 PM.

Paris Is Burning is an iconic documentary film directed by Jennie Livingston. It dives into the ball culture of NYC, with its racially, sexually and gender-diverse community members, along with thoughtful class-related insights in the United States.

For this who wish to view the film on their own and only participate in discussion afterward at 8:30, it is available at this link:

The private link to access the meeting will emailed to those who RSVP** and provided on this event page the day of the event. Please remember to RSVP!

We recommend signing in a few minutes early in case you have any technical issues that may need to be ironed out. The virtual meeting hall will open at 6:45 PM.

We are looking forward to sharing the evening with you!
