The bylaws of DASA allow for members to file a proxy if they cannot attend the Annual General Meeting on on January 20th at 5:45 pm (SAST) using videoconferencing online. More information on how to file that proxy is available in this post.
The Annual General Meeting on January 20th at 5:45 pm (SAST) using videoconferencing online will conclude the elections for DASA's officers. Ballots for these elections were distributed to members by email on January 10th. Questions about these ballots should be directed to the Nominations and Elections Committee: [email protected]
Although these elections will be held by emailed ballot, there may also be business at the Annual General Meeting on January 20. In the event that you will be unable to attend this annual meeting, you may send an emailed proxy form containing the following text, to Will Bakker before January 18, 2021: [email protected]
