Meet at the Ballpark and Register to Vote!
If you are an American citizen and would like to request an overseas absentee ballot while enjoying an exciting baseball game, then come to the Baseball- und Softball-Club Mainz Athletics 1988 e.V. in Mainz Gonsenheim on Sunday, July 24th.
The next home game of the 1st German League Mainz Athletics will be on Sunday, July 24, against the Bonn Capitals. All American baseball fans are welcome to join us for an exciting afternoon watching professional baseball in Mainz Gonsenheim AND to learn all you need to know about registering to vote and requesting your absentee ballot for the Midterm elections in November as well as any special elections and local and state primaries.
The game begins at 1:00 pm, and representatives from our chapter will be there to assist you during the entire game. If you have already registered to vote in your home state, please come to meet the Wiesbaden-Mainz-Region Democrats Abroad members and get to know fellow Americans in your area. The voter registration drive is non-partisan, and we offer our assistance to all eligible American citizens.

On Autobahn A643 take exit 5 Mainz-Gonsenheim
at the first traffic light turn left – “Auf der Krimm”
at the next traffic light turn right – “Erzbergerstr.”
at the next traffic light turn left – “Am Schützenweg”
Cross the tramway rails, arrange right
take the next chance right – “Mombacher Str.”
immediately turn right – “Hartmühlenweg”
carefully pass two bumps and the arena is on the right after about 500 meters
please use the official Mainz-Athletics parking lot on the right
BY BUS AND TRAIN FROM MAINZ MAIN STATION
streetcar line 50 or 51 to stop Gonsbachgärten
bus line 60, 61, 62, 63 or 92 to stop Zwerchallee (take the pedestrian passage and turn right on the next street)
Regional train to Waggonfabrik stop
