Casey Michel Interview at the Amerikahaus...

Attend Together: Casey Michel on Foreign Interference in Democracies

Join us for an evening at Amerikahaus exploring how authoritarian regimes use illicit wealth, lobbyists, strategic investments, and other tools to influence democratic countries.

Author and journalist Casey Michel, Director of the Combating Kleptocracy Program at the Human Rights Foundation, will discuss how foreign dictatorships exploit global financial systems, expand their influence, and undermine democratic institutions—from Germany to the United States and beyond. The conversation will be moderated by Jannis Brühl of the Süddeutsche Zeitung.

We’ll meet shortly before the program and attend together as a group. RSVP with us so we know you’d like to join our group; we’ll share the meeting details with registered participants.
