Candidate statement:
I seek to be a Democrats Abroad delegate because this year's election will be the most consequential of our lives — and I want to ensure that Democrats succeed. My passion for political advocacy began when I was in college and I've worked on every Democratic presidential campaign since 2008. In 2012, I helped organize a nationwide "Yard Sale for Obama" fundraiser that drew international headlines. As the son of Venezuelan immigrants, a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, and the founder of a company dedicated to raising awareness about groundbreaking climate technologies, I offer a perspective that enriches the Democrats Abroad team and reflects the diverse community it represents. I'm eager to help our party and President solve the biggest issues facing Americans, at home and abroad.
