I aspire to become a DNC delegate to support Biden's vision at this critical juncture. As a retired California attorney and former Superior Court Commissioner now living in Canada, I found Democrats Abroad's (DA) voting and tax resources invaluable. I’ve contributed to DA and maintain a keen interest in U.S. politics.
My mother was active in the League of Women Voters, so I learned the importance of informed voting as a fundamental civic duty. I volunteered in the 2008 Obama campaign and have experience in public relations and radio production. I was a founder of Central New Jersey N.O.W., served on a Habitat for Humanity BOD, and continue to engage in various community groups.
In my experience, brainstorming ideas and collaboration have the best results. Since DA has a vital role in reconnecting disengaged expatriates with politics, I would advocate for innovative communication methods suited to today's tech-driven world.
