THE NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT OF DEMOCRATS ABROAD NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. University Professor (Marketing) in the UK and USA, created and was President of a Democratic club, elected to public office, I believe the election of 2024 will be the most significant in modern history. Democrats Abroad needs to identify, recruit and activate as many Democrat voters as possible. Yet the NDA volunteers are asked to sign puts off people who want to be involved. Specifically it requires volunteers to: “indemnify Democrats Abroad and its officers, employees and agents for any and al damages arising as a result of the misuse of the Confidential Information by me, whether caused or permitted to be caused willfully, negligently, or otherwise.” Legal experts in the USA and Europe say those last two words create an open-ended liability and so people should not sign it. I am standing to help people be involved.
