Candidate statement:
My name is Terry Lee Watkins Jr. and I have lived in Beijing, China since 2017 on and off for a collective 4+ years. In that time I became active in Democrats Abroad China, serving on its board as: member-at-large, Black Caucus Chair, and Vice Chair. Here among my peers, I am a fierce supporter of Biden-Harris policy initiatives; using my free time to craft graphics highlighting the collective victories they have delivered for Americans both stateside & overseas. I do this especially when it comes to Black-American focused agenda. As a delegate I hope to dutifully represent, with jovial pride, the American expats in my region when casting support for Biden-Harris at the National Convention.
