Field Trip: Cologne Pride

Who's up for a field trip? The destination is Köln. The event is the Christopher Street Day Demo (aka Cologne Pride Demo). Our mission: join other DA members who will be participating in the parade. That's right, I said participating in it. Despite having the same name as the one held in Münster, Demo, the Köln event reminds one much more of a parade than a Demo. Groups register to take part, and the streets are filled with spectators. DAG was last part of the parade before Corona, and now we are back. Our friends in the Cologne/Bonn Chapter need our help.

We will travel down there as a group by train, attend the parade at noon, stick around for some of the festivities, and then head back. A full day of parading and fun.
