His style is characterized by emotional appeals, deflection, and creating a sense of loyalty among his base by consistently pushing narratives that align with their views, even if those narratives are misleading or false.

Donald Trump's tendency to avoid directly answering questions and instead pivot to unrelated topics or past grievances, as well as his pattern of making false or misleading statements, can be attributed to several factors:

 1. Communication Strategy:

   - Control the Narrative: By steering the conversation away from challenging questions and toward topics where he feels more confident, Trump can maintain control of the narrative. He often shifts to subjects that resonate with his base, like highlighting his perceived successes or rehashing grievances against political opponents and the media.
   - Avoid Accountability: Dodging specific answers helps him avoid accountability on complex or controversial topics. Rather than being pinned down on facts or policy details, Trump keeps his responses broad, allowing him more flexibility in interpretation.

 2. Reinforcement of Key Messages:

   - Trump frequently returns to themes he believes are crucial to his political identity, such as his claims of a “rigged election” or his economic achievements. Even when the topic is unrelated, he brings up these points to reinforce his core messages. This tactic helps solidify his base’s support by constantly reminding them of what he wants to be known for.

His followers (American Devolvers) don't understand his game of illusionary truth. He doesn't have a grip on the real issues at hand. Nor does he care or appreciate the needs of middle-class America.
