The World Cheese Awards are being held in Bern, Switzerland this year! This marks the first time the event is being held in Switzerland and transforming our capital into the "Capital of Cheese”.

We invite Dems Abroad members, families and friends to join us for a few hours of leisurely strolling the market while tasting and comparing the world’s best cheeses. The festival marketplace hall is indoors and there will also be family entertainment provided in the plaza outside in front of the Wankdorf Center Mall. Do you live in Bern or nearby? Meet us at Neue Festhalle during the event, and we can coordinate locations. Would love to meet new faces!

Attire: please wear comfortable walking shoes and warm outer garments recommended, depending on the temperature. Umbrellas may be needed.

Directions:

By train from Suisse Romande, we meet in Lausanne- we take the 9h17 AM train on Platform 1,
final destination Neue Festhalle via the Wankdorf Center Tram Stop.

By car or your own transit route, we can meet you at Neue Festhalle, text us when you arrive.
