The Golden Girls and DA Portugal invite you to ZOOM THE VOTE!

Are you an American citizen living in Portugal and want to vote in the 2024 elections but just don't know how?

Are you afraid to register because it will trigger the IRS?

Are you just needing some guidelines?

We are here to help. 

DAPT will be co-hosting a ZOOM THE VOTE event with the FaceBook group Golden Girls (older single women over 50 living or planning to live in Portugal*) on January 30, 2024 at 5:00pm Lisbon time.

The event will be led by Vote From Abroad's Linda Edelson.  Linda will walk you through the steps to get registered.  Come with your SSN (you will need to register), a pad and paper (to take notes if you need them), a friend who needs to register, and your game face. We will get you prepped and ready for 2024. THIS IS A WOMEN ONLY EVENT (sorry, Guys!)

We will have additional trained volunteers in attendance and breakout rooms to work with small groups.  Our goal is to register and/or request ballots for all who attend.

*Of those who state their location on their FB profile, 180 are in Portugal currently. 365 are still in the relocation phase from the USA.
