🌟 Join Democrats Abroad Qatar as we reconnect after the summer break with a guided tour of one of Qatar's most iconic cultural landmarks: the National Museum of Qatar.
Designed by renowned architect Jean Nouvel and inspired by the desert rose, the National Museum tells the story of Qatar's people, history, culture, and transformation from its earliest days through to the modern era. Through immersive exhibits, artifacts, oral histories, and interactive displays, visitors gain a deeper understanding of the country many of us proudly call our temporary or permanent home.
This event is also an opportunity to welcome members back after summer travels, reconnect with old friends, meet new members, and enjoy an afternoon exploring our host country's rich heritage together.
Whether you're new to Qatar or have lived here for years, the National Museum offers a fascinating perspective on the history, traditions, and development of this remarkable nation.
📅 Date: Friday, August 21, 2026 🕑 Time: 2:00 PM 📍 Location: National Museum of Qatar
