Democrats Abroad is the official arm of the Democratic Party for the millions of Americans living outside the United States or its territories. Our mission is to provide Americans abroad a Democratic voice in our government and elect Democratic candidates by mobilizing the overseas vote.
Democrats Abroad Colombia is one of more than 50 country committees of Democrats Abroad. We have hundreds of members throughout Colombia who meet regularly and volunteer to work together to:
- Help Americans living in Colombia register and vote in U.S. elections.
- Build community among like-minded Americans.
- Protect the right to vote for Americans abroad.
- Advocate with U.S. government officials and elected representatives on issues that concern Americans abroad.
- Help elect Democrats in every congressional district in the United States.
