Voter Assistance Event

Don't miss this opportunity to get in person help with the last steps in your voting process. By this time you should have received your ballot (Ballots will go out around September 21st). Join us if you have any questions on what to do if it has not arrived, or how you will return your ballot.

Remember: If you must return your ballot by mail and you are prepared to deliver your ballot directly, the LATEST date to give your Ballot to the US Consulate in Guadalajara is Monday, September 30th. The new address for the Consulate is: Manuel Acuña 3410, Col. Monraz, Guadalajara. Consulate Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Your ballot should be in an appropriately addressed envelope, following the instructions that come with your ballot. If you are able to print the postage-paid template, you will not need a stamp.

If your state permits ballot return by EMAIL or FAX, always prefer these methods, they are secure and fast.
