DA AUSTRALIA 2024 AGM: NEWLY ELECTED COUNTRY COMMITTEE LEADERS
Thank you to all who participated in the DA Australia 2024 Annual General Meeting held over Zoom on Saturday March 23. It was absolutely wonderful to have members from across the country all together discussing our plans for this crucial election year.

GOTV INITIATIVES
Two subcommittees will meet this month to develop the way forward on important GOTV initiatives: DAA’s Digital Ad Strategy and Text and Telephone Outreach Program. Keep an eye on this space over the next month to find out how you and your Chapters can get involved!

Starting this month, for those unable to get to in-person Meet Ups due to location or circumstance, DA Australia will host monthly Zoom gatherings for members to banter about U.S. politics and join in the fight to keep MAGA out of elected office. Look out for announcements soon.

DEMOCRATS ABROAD GLOBAL PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY RESULTS
On March 25, Democrats Abroad announced the certified results of the 2024 Global Presidential Primary. President Joseph R. Biden Jr. received 80.146% of the vote, thereby securing all 13 pledged delegates. Marianne Williamson received 6.672% of the vote while 13.182% went to Uncommitted.

BE A DEMOCRATS ABROAD DELEGATE TO THE 2024 DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL CONVENTION IN CHICAGO - Applications now open
Democrats Abroad will send delegates to the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in August 2024 reflecting our Global Presidential Primary results. These delegates will be elected at our regional and global conventions in May, 2024. Interested in becoming a delegate? Check out our Delegate candidate information page.

YOUR VOICE MATTERS: SHAPE THE 2024 DEMOCRATS ABROAD PLATFORM
Every four years, Democrats Abroad prepares a platform outlining our views and positions on issues important to our members. Now is the moment to make your voice heard on issues that matter to you. The DA 2024 Platform Survey is now open for all DA members to register their thoughts, feelings, views and positions on a lengthy list of issues relevant to Americans whether they are living in the U.S. or abroad.

The Platform Committee is hosting a series of 3 online Town Halls to discuss the platform, the work of the contributors building the first draft and input collected from the Platform Survey. The Town Halls take place on April 6 and 7 and two are scheduled at times that are suitable for we DA members in Australia.
