In solidarity with the No Kings protests happening all over the U.S., we will participate in a global day of defiance against the Trump administration’s continuing cruelty and corruption in both Oslo and Stavanger. The Trump administration is escalating its attacks on the fundamental tenets of U.S. democracy – freedom of speech, civil rights, and voting rights, among others. We’ll raise our voices and stand together against the authoritarian takeover of our country – and in defense of our democracy and our constitution.
Bring your friends and family, and come to our No Tyrants Protest in Frogner Park in Oslo or at Torget in Stavanger sentrum. We will hold low key events with a few announcements, a chance to raise your voices, and some community building. Bring some snacks, your protest signs, and your voice for a Saturday of Solidarity to ease us into Easter break. We hope to see you there!
