It's time for ..... another 'Phones & Scones' Session!

 

Join the Democrats Abroad Brighton/Sussex & Phonebanking Teams at a wonderful Art Deco home in Shoreham-by-Sea for our second 'Phones and Scones' Call Together event on Saturday 22nd August from 14:00-17:30pm.

Phonebanking makes a tremendous difference in getting out the vote! We contact thousands of Democrats Abroad members and give them the information they need to exercise their voting rights.

The most consequential midterm election in modern U.S. history (arguably ever) is fast approaching! Now is the time to mobilize and help save American democracy! We will only be calling fellow Democrat Abroad members, while enjoying fresh tea or coffee AND delicious homemade scones from a cherished family recipe.

This event is for phone bankers to come together in a shared space to make calls alongside one another. It’s a great opportunity to connect with fellow volunteers, get real-time support, and share the moments that make this work rewarding - everything from funny, frustrating, and meaningful - the sort of thing that only other phone bankers understand! There's nothing quite like calling in community.  Please remember to bring your a computer/laptop and headset. 

Please note: this is not a phonebanking training session. This event is designed for volunteers who are already trained and set up on the Democrats Abroad Call Hub Phonebanking platform and ready to make calls.
