DAUK Election Night Festivities (& Council Meeting)

🇺🇸 Election Night with Democrats Abroad UK!

After months of hard work, countless conversations, and voter outreach, it’s time to come together and celebrate everything we’ve achieved as a team!

Join Democrats Abroad UK on Tuesday, 3 November, for an evening of community, volunteer appreciation, and election-night coverage. Whether you’ve been phonebanking, helping voters navigate the ballot process, supporting our campaign office, attending outreach events, or cheering us on from the sidelines, this is a chance to reconnect with fellow Democrats, reflect on a busy campaign season, and celebrate the collective effort that got us here.

🗓️ Schedule of Events

Please feel free to join the festivities at whatever time suits you. 

3:30–6:30pm Last-Minute Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) & Phonebanking
Drop in during this time to help support our Get Out the Vote (GOTV) and phonebanking teams with the final push to get any remaining ballots across the finish line. We will be working up to the last minute! 

7:00–8:30pm DAUK Council Meeting
All DAUK members are encouraged to join us for our Council Meeting which will look back at our DAUK activities over the past six months. We’ll highlight everything from our July 4th activities and Road to 250 outreach events to our campaign office work and VIP guest visits. With much of the meeting agenda focused on our GOTV efforts and midterm-related activities, Election Night offers a particularly timely opportunity to share these updates and reflect together on the work that has brought us to this moment. 

8:30–10:30pm Election Night Party 🎉
Time to celebrate! We’ll switch gears for an evening of socializing, drinks, election coverage, and well-deserved volunteer recognition. Come raise a glass, catch up with friends, meet fellow Democrats, and celebrate the hard work, dedication, and community spirit that have powered this campaign season.

10:30–11:00 pm | Clean-up and Venue Departure

Spaces are limited, so please complete the Google RSVP form. Submitting the form is an expression of interest and does not guarantee entry. We will contact you to confirm your attendance. If capacity allows, we’ll also be able to accommodate +1s.

Food:

Beverages and light snacks will be available for purchase at the venue's cáfe/bar. We have been given permission to bring outside food into the venue, so please feel free to bring dinner or any nibbles along to the event with you. 

Accessibility:

The venue is wheelchair accessible. The venue also has cycle parking and some limited car parking.
