Celebrate 100 years of the Equal Rights Amendment

The Equal Rights Amendment is turning 100 this year! While the ERA is still not officially in the U.S. constitution and continues to face objections from countless persons and organizations, let’s get together and celebrate the people and the movements who are fighting for its ratification.

Join us on Sunday March 12 for an afternoon apéro to celebrate and commiserate all that the ERA means for Americans and hope that 2023 will be the year that it finally becomes a part of our Constitution.

We will be at the Guinguette, Le Gros Arbe from 3:30pm to 6:00pm.

110 Rue des Amidonniers, 31000 Toulouse

Please let us know you will be attending by rsvp, so that we can plan accordingly.

During this special event, you will also be allowed to vote* in person (if you have not already voted electronically) for Toulouse Chapter Leadership, from 3:30pm to 4:30pm.

*All members of the DAF Toulouse Chapter may vote in the leadership elections. New members are welcome to join and vote. To join: www.democratsabroad.org/join. You must be a US citizen 18 years of age or older by Nov. 7, 2023 and living in the Toulouse Chapter region. New members may join up until the day before the election.
