Happy July 4th

Happy 4th of July.

As Americans we have a lot to look back on, on this 250th year of our Nation’s founding.

In the early days of independence, the United States embarked on an experiment that was counter to many governments that existed at that day.

The United States has gone thru a lot and we continue to go through growing pains to exercise what both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution put as our markers of success as a Nation.

The 4th is a day of celebration and reflection.

As we move close to the Mid Term this November; I ask you to consider and reflect on the good that we as Americans have brought forth to this world and will continue to do for years to come.

Yet, we have a huge opportunity to make a significant statement in this up coming Mid Term.

Your vote is your voice.

Your voice is the reason why we celebrate the 4th of July.

Your voice is what helps others to register to vote and voice their vote.

As John F. Kennedy said “ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country.”

I ask you to be that voice back to the United States. I ask you on this 4th of July to spread the word on registering to vote at votefromabroad.org

I ask you to put into action what President Kennedy said:  “do what you can for your country.”

Thank you for taking the time to read this message, and Happy 4th of July.
