Democrats Abroad Israel 2025 Election Rules:
Pursuant to Article 8.2 of the DA-IL Bylaws, the 2025 DA-IL Nominations and Elections Executive Committee decided that the 2025 elections shall be held under the following rules:
- The election meeting will take place online
- Votes may be cast early or on the day of the election
- Early voting will count towards quorum
- Because early voting is possible, nominations from the floor will only be permitted if there is no declared candidate for an office
- Members will be able to vote by means determined by the Nominating and Elections Committee in accordance with the bylaws

The voting procedures will ensure gender balance between:
- Chair and Vice Chair
- DPCA Voting Representatives
- Alternate DPCA Voting Representatives
