The Armchair Quarterback and the Statehouse Swindle
Check The Rooster and be prepared to judge for yourself. It's a delightfully snarky expose of the worst grifts at the Statehouse. It's also brassy enough to have earned the hatred, blockage and potential lawsuit from more than a few of Rooster's skewered targets. Aka D.J. Byrne, Rooster gets in their faces like Michael Moore on a bad day. But he also shows where the slimy grift lurks and how it subverts Ohioans' real needs. Rooster was recommended by one of our very sane, very correct, and very involved central Ohio friends, and we've found him most useful to remind us what we're up against in setting Ohio back on track.
"The Armchair Quarterback" is followed in all his glory as he switches from high-up legislative go-to guy to election-season consultant. And you're left thinking, 'They really DO this stuff? Really? Well, yeah. I guess that's what I would have guessed. But ... geez.'
