Ohio's AGs Have Not Enforced Even Lax Rules

Fake comments, skewed in favor of fossil fuels and against renewable energy, seem to be proliferating across the country. Ohio is one of the states where fakes have not been carefully checked and eliminated, despite slight tightening of the law. As a result, a number of worthy solar projects have been rejected, and fracking under state parks approved. 

Canary Media, published in Ohio Capital Journal, digs into what appears to be dereliction of duty if not outright corruption. For sure, the failure to crack down on fakes undermines public trust. A subtext here is, 'Maybe it's time we elected John Kulewicz to be our next Ohio Attorney General.
