Poindexter: A Positive Force in the House Race

While the spotlight has been on the sitting OH-07 Congressman this month, Brian Poindexter, the Democrat candidate, with a fraction of the war chest, has pulled up neck-and-neck. Poindexter, a union ironworker, is also a Brook Park city councilperson. He's regarded as a super hard worker, an advocate for working people, and, well, just a sensible guy. Meanwhile, Max Miller, the 2-term sitting congressman, refused to resign, despite allegations of abuse from his ex-wife. His ex-father-in-law, Ohio Senator Bernie Moreno finally said he was unfit, and GOP officials urged Miller to resign. But, he refused to step aside and continues running.
