The Bylaws Committee has reviewed the following proposed amendments to our Bylaws. A proposed amendment to Article III will be voted on by DACN membership at a meeting of the Board on September 16th. Several other amendments will be voted on 30 days from today at our monthly board meeting on September 27th.
