🚫 Courier services will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Contact your local election office for a street address.
🚫 Local election officials will not sign for courier envelopes, do not select that option.
💯 Ask for a postmark or date stamp to be placed on the outer envelope. Read your state’s requirements here.
TIPS
✅ American citizens may need to enter a passport number, or even show a passport to a delivery person.
📄 Showing the delivery person a picture or printout of your Local Election Office’s name, address, phone number, and email will help them to ensure your ballot materials are returned successfully.
ℹ️ Terms to be aware of, in case they arise in a conversation with a delivery person: "guoji" (international), "meiguo" (USA), and "wenjian" (document).
