Democrats Abroad (DPCA) is planning the 2024 Presidential Nominating Process!

The 30 day public comment period on the draft Delegate Selection Plan (DSP) runs from March 5th to April 6th. The DSP outlines the process by which we conduct our Global Presidential Primary (GPP) and select our Delegates to represent us at the 2024 Democratic National Convention, where our party will nominate our candidate for President.

Phase 1 DSP Deadlines

April 5 to 12 - Revisions to Draft, Office of International Counsel

Before April 15 - Final Draft Submitted, All Members

April 22 - 2024 DSP Approval, DPCA Voting Reps

Before May 3 - Submit DSP to DNC, International Chair

On April 22nd, our DACN voting representatives VOTE on the 2024 DSP. This DPCA Meeting will be held online. The DPCA body will also VOTE to confirm our 2023 Global Meeting dates and location (currently announced as June 9-11, 2023, in Washington, D.C.)
