Take Action Tuesday - 22 April

 

Join us this evening for an Earth Day focused Take Action Tuesday – 30 min session for us to take action toward protecting our democracy and the planet we share.

DASA is piloting a weekly 30 minute action-focused session on Zoom where we share critical actions and provide members with a weekly timeslot to follow through on these or other actions of interest.

Actions may include writing to our Members of Congress or other elected officials, reaching out to other US Citizens to share info, signing a petition, sharing relevant posts on social media, requesting your ballot etc. Self-care actions will also be shared!

We all want to "do something"  - this is a way of scheduling it in, making it a habit and building community at the same time. It's a great opportunity for us to connect.

Members are encouraged to contribute ideas and resources for the actions as well as to help host the sessions. 

We'll keep honing the format as we go and will decide in a few weeks if members would like to continue into the coming months.
