Meet The Candidates Event: Taxation Task Force

This event is for DPCA Reps within Democrats Abroad to meet the candidates running for international officer positions in advance of the election taking place on June 11. All candidates are invited to attend this event to discuss Democrats Abroad tax advocacy work, where each candidate stands, and promises to do to ensure our tax advocacy work is supported on a global level, within the DNC, and in Washington once elected.
Taxes are the second biggest barrier to voting for Americans abroad, this is an important issue to address and ensure our newly elected leaders prioritize and address our tax issues. We look forward to hearing candidates visions on how to address taxes within Democrats Abroad to help avoid it being a barrier to voting in 2024.
