We are all aware of how crucial the 2026 midterms are going to be. One of the biggest contributions we can make from abroad is helping expat Americans register and vote. That is why we’ll be organizing several Get Out The Vote (GOTV) events in the Rhein-Main area in the upcoming months. And we need volunteers! So mark your calendars for the following dates:
July 17-19th Frankfurt CSD (Christopher Street Day) celebration – we’ll have a great stand down by the Main River for 3 days. It is one of our best ways to reach Americans and we have a fun time with all the festivities, including marching in the parade. August 8th Frankfurt – from 11am to 5 pm on the Zeil across from the Galeria Kaufhof (Zeil 116 – 126)
August 15th Darmstadt – from 11am – 5 pm
August 22nd Hanau – from 11am – 5 pm on the main market place (Am Markt)
August 28-30 Frankfurt – at the Museumsuferfest: it’s not possible to have a stand, but we’ll be meeting to walk around and look for Americans who might need help voting and afterwards we can enjoy the fest together.
September 12th – Frankfurt - from 11am to 5 pm on the Zeil across from the Galeria Kaufhof (Zeil 116 – 126)
October 10th - Frankfurt - from 11am to 5 pm on the Zeil across from the Galeria Kaufhof (Zeil 116 – 126)
There will will also be other more local events within our new cluster structure so be on the look-out for information from your cluster captains.
