The latest episode on the Democrats Abroad Global Veterans and Military Families (VMF) Caucus podcast includes guests Robert Scott and Terese Sarno, the co-chairs of the VMF Caucus within Democrats Abroad Germany. With such a large presence of U.S. citizens within Germany, Robert and Terese touch on their informative newsletter, performing nonpartisan voter registrations on U.S. military installations, what they’ve got planned for Veterans Day, and the challenges of Europe’s GDPR privacy regulations when it comes to communicating with VMF members. The Democrats Abroad Germany VMF Caucus was the first officially-recognized veterans caucus within all of Democrats Abroad, and they’ve been active and getting out the vote from abroad for several years now.
