Dear DA Germany Members,
We’re writing to let you know about a small set of proposed amendments to the DA Germany Bylaws, which will be discussed and voted on at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The proposed amendments are limited in scope and are intended primarily to:

align the DA Germany Bylaws with recent updates to the DPCA Charter, and
-
clarify certain existing provisions and make targeted adjustments without introducing new structures or complex procedures.

To provide you with an opportunity to learn more about the proposed amendments and ask questions, the Bylaws Committee will host a town hall:
