What Happens After the Marches End? Conversation with Dr. Rev. Keith A. Troy
We are excited to welcome Dr. Rev. Keith A. Troy of the New Salem Missionary Baptist Church in Columbus, Ohio to speak with us about what happens when the marches end. Dr. Troy recently helped organize the Demonstration of Black Excellence at Columbus City Hall, where hundreds demonstrated in their “Sunday Best’ to make a statement and help fight social injustice.
Rev. Troy’s talk is entitled “What Happens When the Marches End?” and he will discuss what needs to be done to ensure that real change in policing black and brown communities happens. After the talk, there will then be time for questions and discussion. This event will be open to members across DA Germany and will be followed by the DAG Pub Quiz.
