Over the weekend of January 20 - 21, 2017, Democrats Abroad France members joined numerous groups in marches, vigils, and rallies in solidarity with the Women's March on Washington and events to Thank President Obama for his time in office.
Animated demonstrations took place all around France, in Bordeaux, Strasbourg, Nice, Toulouse and more. The Paris March was enormous and members came from far and wide to march behind the Democrats Abroad France banner, joined by other American and French groups who displayed their solidarity in rejecting the anti-women, anti-outsider, misogynist, anti-environment programs that Donald Trump is about to put into practice as President of the United States. Thank you for all of your support in making these Marche such great successes. This is the beginning of standing up and resisting a President whose policies are an outrage to democrats of all nations.
