The Power of Us - Interfaith Action for Reparations Now!

Join the DA Reparations Task Force for an Interfaith Alliance event on Saturday, May 6th at 1 pm (Washington, DC, time).

The demand for reparations in America is a call for justice for which there is not only legal and moral precedent, but also scriptural and spiritual precedent.

No matter our faith, we will learn that if as a nation we are to boldly exemplify contrition for our dehumanizing past mistakes, we must take an unfiltered and wide-eyed look at our entire history. By taking responsibility for eliminating our blind spots once and for all, we will be working towards building the promised land which MLK often talked of.

Rabbi Lynn Gottlieb, Jewish Renewal movement; one of the first women to become a Rabbi in Jewish history.
