Celebrate Earth Day - Film Screening
To celebrate the Earth within the larger scheme of the cosmos, come join us for a special screening of the film “Journey of the Universe.”
Written and narrated by mathematical cosmologist Brian Swimme, and inspired by environmental theologian Thomas Berry, the film tells the 14-billion-year story of the unfolding of the universe, from the great flaring forth to the evolution of planetary life of great complexity and increasing consciousness. The aim is to energize our response to the ecological and social challenges of our times.
