It was an extraordinary honor to welcome President Biden to Helsinki, Finland this month, as HE welcomed Finland personally into the NATO family. The President graciously greeted Embassy staff, met with other Nordic NATO heads of state, and held supportive bi-lateral meetings with President Niinistö.
