The Brighton & Sussex Vote From Abroad Team will be hosting a US Voter Registration Stall at the University of Sussex Freshers' Fair on Friday October 2nd from 12:30-2:00pm

Americans living abroad must request an overseas ballot every year to ensure they receive all ballots for elections they’re eligible for - primaries, special elections, and the general election in November 2026.

If you know any American students at the University of Sussex please share the word with them and encourage them to come find us at the fair.

**All of our voter assistance events are conducted as non-partisan**

If you want to help volunteer at our voting registration stall, please get in touch with Margaretta at [email protected] for more information. If you're interested in organising other voter registration events in the Brighton/Sussex area, please also reach out to the team!

Please note: in order to volunteer at a voter registration drive, you must complete the online voter registration training (or have already done so). Online trainings are being hosted every Monday night at 7:30pm, please click here for more details and to sign up.

Thank you for taking a few moments to strengthen your community and preserve democratic representation in the US with your voting voice.
