Louisiana elections have a "jungle primary with majority winner": All candidates appear on the same primary ballot, regardless of party affiliation. If any candidate wins more than 50% of the vote, they win outright. If no one wins more than 50% of the vote in the October 14 Primary, then the top 2 vote-getters advance to November 18 General.

RHODE ISLAND SPECIAL FEDERAL ELECTION - Congressional District RI-1:
All overseas voters who vote in Rhode Island Congressional District 1 may vote in this federal election. It is a special election to fill the remaining term of Rep David Cicilline (D), who resigned in June to run a foundation. This is a very blue district and only one Democrat, current Lt Gov Sabina Matos, is running in the Democratic Primary.

UTAH SPECIAL FEDERAL ELECTION - Congressional District UT-2:
All overseas voters who vote in Utah Congressional District 2 may vote in this federal election. It is a special election to fill the remaining term of Rep. Chris Stewart (R), who resigned effective Sept 15 due his wife's health issues. This is a very red district, with Rep Stewart winning about 60% of the vote in House elections since 2012.
The Democratic Primary was cancelled after Democrat Kathleen Riebe, a Utah State Senator and the Democratic Minority Whip in the Utah Senate, won the nomination at the Special Democratic Convention on June 28, 2023.

This is our chance to flip the Wisconsin State Supreme Court to a liberal majority! The current court has a 4-3 conservative majority, but one of the conservatives, current Justice Patience Roggensack, is retiring.
Four candidates are running for an open seat on the Wisconsin State Supreme Court. While officially "non-partisan," Everett Mitchell and Janet Protasiewicz are running as liberal candidates while the other 2 are running as conservative candidates. The top 2 vote-getters will advance to the April 4 General election.
