Everything you need to know about Immigration Law

We are pleased to offer you an opportunity to discuss all of their immigration experiences, questions and concerns with Vienna based lawyer Alexander Raidl.

Description: Using the example of an American citizen who wants to move to Austria for love, the most important questions of Austrian immigration law are raised. Which requirements have to be fulfilled in order to move to Austria as a non-EU citizen, how can education already completed in the country of origin be recognized in order to obtain a qualified professional position, and what does it mean to enter into a life partnership with an Austrian or EU citizen.

Moreover, we will discuss the administrative hurdles third-country nationals have to overcome in Austria in order to build up a professional and personal existence and to secure it in the long term. You are also invited to share your personal experience or ask questions that concern your individual situation as an immigrant in Austria.
