Vote Your Voice! Vote Now

Overseas ballots are the first to go out and can literally be the margin of victory in these elections! If we act right away our votes from South Africa can be among the first in! We all know we have a message to send. Let's send it!

If you've requested your ballot, keep an eye on your email (and check the spam and promotions folders) you should receive it by the 19th! If you haven't received it by Tuesday, contact your Local Election Official to followup.

Vote for the billions of reasons why. And know that when you vote, you are also voting for South Africa! The Trump regime's escalation of aggression against South Africa this week is despicable and something that should motivate us all to vote. We have got to end this.

Request your ballot and check your state-specific details at www.votefromabroad.org. Then return it as soon as you receive it. About half the states still make us send our ballots back by snail mail which for us means dropping them off at the Consulates in Joburg, Cape Town or Durban by the end of Sept or by courier. But please, get it done early, September is your November!

This is a brief Ballot Day Voting Reminder and update on our September Events. We hope you'll join us!

TEN TUESDAYS - Launched in Sept - Tuesdays until Election Day!

We have built on our Take Action Tuesdays and are now collaborating with countries across Africa and the Gulf on Ten Tuesdays to Get Out the Vote.

These are weekly, 30 minute Take Action sessions aimed at leveraging our networks to find and mobilise voters in our regions. 7:30-8pm South African time on zoom.

While they still send handwritten postcards by snail mail, knock on doors and put up lawn signs in the States, much of our outreach is digital and we can quickly leverage our personal contacts and networks to reach others...if we take a few minutes to do it!  We’ll do a quick intro to the day’s action, share related resources and then spend the bulk of the time getting it done.

More Info + RSVP for upcoming Tuesdays HERE

Tuesday 22 September, 16:30, on Zoom

Virath Juggai will touch on the various insurances you should consider including Medical Aid, Disability, Life, Business, Personal Liability, Home & Auto etc.

Nico Banda will take us through what we need to know about Wills.

You're welcome to send questions in advance to [email protected]
