Yes.We.Vote: Scavenger Hunt

We are building something.
Across cities where Americans live and work and vote from a distance, the Democrats Abroad Global Women's Caucus is creating YES WE VOTE — a series of team scavenger hunts that use the streets, squares, and stories of each city to make the case for why your ballot matters.
Each hunt is different, because each city is different. The history of Oslo is not the history of Milan. The resistance in Barcelona does not look like the resistance in Paris. What they share is the part that never changes: ordinary people who decided that showing up — in whatever form that took, at whatever cost — was not optional.
In many of these cities, that history is the history of fascism and the people who ultimately defeated it. The bookshops that kept printing when printing was illegal. The streets where women stood in the cold until the regime backed down. The squares where dancers and dissidents and workers and priests found the one thing they agreed on and built a coalition around it. The piers where the names of the deported are now carved in stone, so that the erasure did not fully succeed.
We walk through all of it. We do challenges that build community, bring light, and remind us we are not alone. And at every stop, we carry the same reminder: resistance has real results. It always has.
YES WE VOTE will be live in Barcelona, Milan, and Den Haag — with more cities coming.
Your city is next. Your ballot is the price of entry, because showing up means participating. (Suggested donations will be helpful!)
Please only include videos or photos of people who have individually rsvp’ed to participate in this event, and (iii) are aware that Democrats Abroad may post photographs of them participating in the event on social media and on our website.
