The Republican-controlled Florida government created rules that CANCEL all absentee ballot requests after each general election, so you have to request your ballot EVERY YEAR. If you haven’t yet requested your 2026 ballot, please do so today at VoteFromAbroad.org!
We need your help to elect
Democrats! Don't delay! Register to vote
and request your ballot HERE!
Only about 17% of overseas Florida voters who requested a ballot in 2024 have requested their 2026 ballot, so we’ve got work to do! If you’ve already requested yours, please tell a fellow Floridian abroad to request theirs. Every vote counts this election year, so we cannot sit it out!
Please don’t skip the August elections because they are “just a primary.” They’re not! Most Florida counties elect school boards in August, and many cities and towns elect councils and commissions.
Local government is more important than ever. These bodies have been the target and victim of extremist MAGA policy agendas. Book bans, bathroom bans, attacks on minorities, and climate crisis denial should have no place in these local elected offices any more than in the halls of Congress.
Saying "I don't live there anymore; I shouldn't be involved" leaves the field open to extremists. Your vote from abroad can protect the most vulnerable and help shift the tide toward better government.
