This amazing art piece was completed by the spouse of Democrats Abroad Guatemala member and Democrats Abroad’s Global Veterans and Military Families Caucus member, Rocio Asuega. David Asuega was inspired to create this work while reflecting on his service in the U.S. Navy and his subsequent career as a civilian with the Department of Defense.
